What Healthfolio is
Healthfolio (healthfolio.online), operated by COGNERA LLP, is an educational service: it explains laboratory results in plain language and helps you prepare for a doctor visit.
- Healthfolio is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice.
- No doctor–patient relationship is created by using the service.
- Healthfolio never makes diagnoses and never tells you that everything is fine — any decision about your health belongs to you and your doctor.
Who can use it
You must be at least 18 years old to use Healthfolio.
Payment
The full report is a one-time purchase of $9.99. It includes an explanation of every recognized marker on your lab report, an action plan, and a printable summary to bring to your doctor. There is no subscription: you pay once.
Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy — 14 days, no questions asked.
Digital content and your cancellation rights
The full report is digital content that is delivered immediately after purchase. By completing your purchase you expressly agree to immediate delivery and acknowledge that, under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, you lose the statutory 14-day right to cancel once delivery has begun. Independently of that statutory right, our voluntary Refund Policy still applies: you can ask for a full refund within 14 days of purchase, no questions asked — which is broader than the statutory protection you give up.
Limitation of liability
The service is provided “as is” for educational purposes. To the maximum extent permitted by law, COGNERA LLP is not liable for decisions made on the basis of the explanations provided; always confirm health decisions with a qualified clinician. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the service.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer, this does not affect any mandatory protections you have under the laws of the country where you live.
