The short version

Didn’t find your report useful? Tell us within 14 days of purchase and we refund you in full. No questions asked, no forms to fill in. Refunds are provided by COGNERA LLP, the operator of Healthfolio.

What’s covered

All Healthfolio one-time purchases. There are no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel — just ask for your money back.

How to get a refund

Email support@healthfolio.online from the address you used at checkout — one line like “please refund my purchase” is enough. If you can, send it within 14 days of purchase; we’ll confirm by reply.

When the money arrives

We approve refunds right away. The money is returned on Stripe’s timeline — usually within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
